So, this is my new City! This float was from the Huntington Beach 4th of July parade I went to for a couple hours. I took the 5 minute walk along the beach to the parade that morning and got my first H.B. CALIF sunburn since the move! Since it is HB's 100th anniversary, the parade lasted 3 HOURS LONG!! Unfortunately, I was unable to stay that whole time. :( haha

This is Huntington Beach Pier. The little restaurant on the end is called Ruby's Diner. Best little Diner ever! Sorry Ash and Tim...I'll have to take you there some day for our "Diner" tradition. Great burgers and shakes! A local favorite!

This is the bike path along the beach that is often used for bikers, walkers, and runners daily. I also use this path to walk to HB main street or the Pier. It's about a 5 minute walk after crossing PCH to get there. I feel so lucky and so protected! Look at those HB Police going for their morning stroll. :)

I found the shot of this palm to be quite stunning with the different clouds that were in the sky this day. I didn't think the pic would turn out, but I quite like it!

The house I live in is right across the street from the beach and the roomie decorates it will all sorts of fun beachy decorations. This is one of them that brings me peace. haha

And...here's my beach! It doesn't look to crowded right now, but I tend to go when the crowds have disappeared. I try to avoid going on the weekends when there are massive amounts of people. It's not fun having people run by, while you're laying out, and kicking sand in your face.

This is Highway 1 (aka PCH). It runs the coast of the great state of California and I am pleased to say I live right off of it and I get to drive it everyday straight to work! What a gorgeous Hwy!

Okay, so this is part of PCH (not the gorgeous part I was talking about), but this is where we cross everyday to get to the beach. Of course, if it's rush hour traffice, then we try to use a cross walk. this is just a little more convenient. :)

Surf City USA (aka Huntington Beach, aka my new home) Come visit anytime!

Surfer boys...can't live without 'em!

Just another day at the beach. While my roomie and I were walking up to lay out, we saw these hotties leaving. I just had to get a pic of this, because he smiled at us and had no idea his crack was hangin out. haha Crack kills sucka!

This is my beautiful neighborhood! Cute little beach house mobile homes. There are a few for sale if anyone is interested. it's a perfect location to own! haha i feel like a realtor right now.

This is it! What a cute little place huh? I like to sit out on our little walkway there while chatting on the phone with some of you. we don't have any patio furniture, so that works for now.

This is the inside. That's the couch where I plant myself a lot to cuddle with our fat cat, "Leo" who's laying there on the ground. He loves the attention and whines and cries if he doesn't get it.

Here's another angle of the place. Then, there's a hallway down to the right that heads to the bedrooms. It's really a cute cozy place!

This is little Leo again. I sometimes leave my door open while i'm in my room or on the computer and he'll just come plop his fat self on my bed and hang out with me. I think he thinks we are BFFs. haha I was never a cat person until this little rascal. He's got my heart.

Just outside of my house one night after the sun had gone down and I had to see if this pic would turn out. It's a little bit fuzzy, but I still think it looks pretty stellar! Love the silouette of the palm trees!
Anyway, I know you have all been patiently waiting for me to post pics of my new place and new life in Cali, so I hope these will suffice for now. I have a working internet now and my camera always handy, so I will keep updating as often as I can now. I hope all is well and love you all!
