I was looking around the Heber Valley website the other day and i found a place called Cascade Springs. It was not far from our house and we decided to go on a drive and get out in nature and let McKinley run around. It was a beautiful drive, we saw leaves already changing colors. We found out that we can drive all the way to American Fork from this road. It connects to Provo Canyon, Sundance Resort, and the Alpine Loop / Mt Timpanogis. McKinley loved listening and pointing at the WA WA ( Water ). She was our hike leader. We love that she enjoys being outdoors. Watching her get excited about small things like leaves and rocks makes Liz and I smile. Enjoy the pics.

Hi
McKinley loved this big dead tree
After the springs we went to Wasatch State Park. McKinley loved the playground and watching the people fish. She loved seeing the ducks and little Muskrat swimming around.

Beautiful Duck. Love the reflection of it in the water.
On the way home we drove past the 2012 HGTV House. It is for sale for 1.5 Million. It is a nice home.

We then went and got ice cream cones at Dairy Keen ( not Queen ). Its always busy and has great food. The ice cream is the best we have had.
