MOVIE SUMMARY:

Set in New York and Lagos, Nigeria, the plot centres around a Nigerian-American playboy that bows to family pressure to abandon his American sweetheart for an arranged wife from back home. His life is turned upside-down when the marriage turns out not too rosy, setting off a chain of events that forces him to confront his reckless past. The pre-concert party for the Mother of all shows, TOP10MICS will hold this Friday, November 16, 2012 at the upscale celebrity hangout spot, Koga Lounge in Oregun, Lagos with the headlining artistes making appearances.

The TOP10MICS will hold at the elitist Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos with performances from African Queen Crooner and Hypertek Boss, Tuface Idibia, new MOBO Award Winner, Dbanj, Afrobeat legend, Femi Anikulapo Kuti and the Afro Juju creator, Sir Shina Peters (SSP).

Before the day fans would this Friday get the opportunity to meet and greet the headlining acts bat upscale club, Koga Loung. The acts that would grace the pre-concert party are: 2face, Jimmy Jatt, Femi Kuti, Dbanj, DJ Neptune, Yaw and Basketmouth. Invitation is opened to all interested party.

Man Entertainment is very pleased to announce DBANJ LIVE on Monday 27th of August 2012 – HMV Apollo London. Dbanj will be joined by Davido and the HKN gang.

Davido, the self confessed Omo Baba Olowo, can no longer be referred to as up and coming. He has fully blown even without having dropped an album yet. With hits such as Back When (featuring Naeto C), Dami Duro and the latest video drop – Ekuro, Davido is proving that 2012 is a fantastic year. The young MTN ambassador is due to drop his first album in July 2012.

I can just imagine how much fun this will be. Mike Larry, who organised this, did a similar show last year with the MOHITS crew and I supported it because of Mike. The show was very entertaining and I recall planning to scratch Mike's dark glasses :D for not breathing a  word about Kanye stopping by! Grrrrrrr! Hehehe! It was a pleasant surprise. The screams were deafening, as the crowd almost went MENTAL!

Unfortunately, I won't be around for this year's show :(  and I'm wondering what surprises Mike has up his sleeves this time. Shhh...but if I manage to squeeze it out of him, I may tell, so stay tuned! *joke*
