Funny kid

Yesterday I got confirmation that we are doing a good job of teaching our kids to work. We were watching a commercial about a vacuum and Christian, whose job it is to vacuum, got ridiculously excited.

Announcer: "...this vacuum has one pass cleaning..."

Christian: "Cool!"

Announcer: "...weighs only nine pounds..."

Christian: "Wow!"

Announcer: "Agile enough to clean under furniture and on stairs..."

Christian: "Mom, we have GOT to get that!!! Will you buy it for me?"

Mama Moo Cows

Out of eight nurses working last night, five us have new babies and were fighting for access to the breast pump room. We produced 78 ounces of breastmilk on our shift!

Crazy Eyes

Hope has really good control of her facial features. She can wink with both eyes and roll her eyes like a champ.

At her birthday dinner, the other kids were trying to cross their eyes but couldn't. The three year old did it perfectly and had everyone in hysterics. I couldn't find my camera that day, so this is a week later.

You have to watch to the end because 1) I don't know how to edit video and 2)that was when she really started to remember how to make her eyes insane.

The reason she is chomping is because when she first started doing it, she was eating birthday cake. Now she thinks that is just part of the comedy routine.

Rock-N-Roll Baby

When I was still pregnant, the boys kept asking if the baby would play "Air Guitar" when she was born.

We made a whole joke about how she was going to be a "Rocker Puke" baby.

I guess the boys took the "Rocker" thing seriously, because I found her on the rug like this one day.

Lost teeth

It was kind of funny to have two kids lose teeth within a day of each other!

I believe I can fly!
