Sure, the year is getting closer to an end, but you can still enjoy four more months of this printable calender by the ever-so fashionable Nubby Twiglet. Also on her downloads page are these beautiful desktop wallpapers designed by K. Star St.Germain, seen here:
If you are a graphic designer or just a fan of lovely letterpress, check out these free ornaments from Briar Press. There are a whopping 567 of them, free for your enjoyment.
Ez has done it yet again, this time with adorable printable recipe cards available for download here. She has also recently started a whole new page for all of her freebies and tutorials which you can enjoy right here. Thanks Ez for the constant inspiration!
These images from Katie Kirk's children's book, "Eli, no!", make excellent desktop wallpapers. Just click "all sizes" for the image you'd like and save it to your desktop. So adorable.
I just received an email from Renee of Wolfie and the Sneak letting me know that she has designed some free and quite lovely recipe cards. The pdf file is not yet available on her website, but she would be happy to send it to you if you email her. Thanks Renee!
This is such an adorable download: a free print-out "kelly" purse from Hermes. It can be designed with the pattern of your choosing. Just go to the Hermes website and click on the picture of the paper bag to download. I would have really adored this when I was a little girl.
Make-it-yourself envelope with the declaration "Contains Valuable Document" on the front and space for you to write addresses. This envelope was inspired by a 1930s document folder used to hold insurance papers, hence the "Put this in the safe overnight" line on the bottom. A flat template fitted on an letter size paper all ready for you to cut and fold-up into a nifty envelope for mailing your letters, secret plans and the like. Folds-up to a 4.5"x 6" envelope.
I am always quite inspired by the paper work of Patricia Hut, owner of A Little Hut, so I was quite happy to see that she has free downloadable stationery available right here
Ez of Creature Comforts is easily one of my favorite bloggers. She has a certain way of making everything she does beautiful and completely aesthetically pleasing. From time to time, she shares some of her creativity with her readers and offers lovely freebies on her site. Click below to view each one.
It is quite known that I am completely obsessed with all things relating to good food, especially beautiful food photography. Nordjus is one of my favorite food blogs, partially because Keiko takes some gorgeous images of food and travel, which she's nice enough to share on desktop wallpapers here and here.
There are so many wonderful free downloads over at The Small Object, ones that I use constantly. All of them come in handy all the time: business cards, address labels, gift tags, and yes, even Thumb Wrestling Championship Belts (which we all need at least one time in our lives).
Alicia Paulson has always been a major inspiration to me, so I was quite happy when she decided to share some of her beautiful work with these do-it-yourself pleasant kitchen dishtowels. So very adorable.
Sometimes I really love browsing through the Kate Spade website. The behind the curtain section is my favorite part, which is where you can find these nicely-designed desktop wallpapers.
I think every one of these pattern wallpapers from Metremade is gorgeous. I have had the one on the main page as my background for quite sometime and I find it to be quite pleasing to the eye.
Grace of Design Sponge always has great projects in her DIY Wednedays section. These trivets were featured last month and come with a tutorial and pattern template available here.
Two super-cute desktop wallpapers available over at ghee happy, a sweet place that celebrates Indian & Hindu mythologies and culture in a fun and charming way.
If you didn't know about this yet, the completely inspiring Erin of design for mankind frequently puts out free inspiration-themed e-zines that are quite wonderful. This month, however, she upped it even more by actually releasing an entire magazine that is available for free download here. She's incredible.
P.S: The magazine is also available for hard-copy purchase over here for $8.95.
The gang over at Monster Mulch were nice enough to share a tutorial on how to make your very own sock monster in this fabulous how-to poster. Fun times!
Oh, I how I love everything that Keri Smith does. Here she brings you the artist's survival kit, a free booklet to keep for yourself or give to a friend when inspiration is much needed.
Free Design is a side page of my main weblog Design is Mine. It was created because I suddenly realized that somebody had to weed through all the bad freebies on the internet and find the ones that are inspiring, creative, and generally well designed, and that person should be me.
