Wafa Jo Na Ki

A year and a day ago my Chacha passed away. The only thing I used to have in common with him was his love of hindi music when he was young. Finding "Wafa Jo Na Ki" on a vinyl record of his when I was a little one was such a treasure find to me. And then again finding another stanza in a DVD version was almost too much to take. I had only known the cassette version of Muqaddar Ka Sikandar and this song was not on it. It was also not on the initial releases of the CD. Few years back, it was finally slapped on a CD. Holding out hope that someday this song will appear in it's entirety on a CD. Here are the full lyrics as far as I know them, drawing from both soundtrack and film versions - different cuts of the film have different versions too. One of my favorite mujras.
