Danger Nominated
This weekend is Leeds resplendent Thought Bubble Comic Art Festival. Dangeritis: A Fistful of Danger debuted at the festival last year and has since, amazingly, sold out. Never fear though, Derek returns. Reprinted in a pint sized second edition (including 8 unmissable new pages of Dangeraction) Dangeritis will be back at Table 10 in The Armouries Hall on the 15th and 16th November.
More amazing than this is the fact that A Fistful of Danger was nominated for The 4th Annual British Comic Awards this year in the Best Comic category. Frankly staggering is the fact that Derek was then shortlisted into the final 5. On Saturday 15th November at The Bury Theatre, Royal Armories, Leeds, we will be eagerly waiting, betting slips in hand to hear the results of the BCA 2014 Judging Panel.
Then off for a pint.
