My wonderful family!!!

I just feel so incredibly blessed to have such an amazing family! I've got the best parents ever...my Dad who worked so hard in and out of the home to provide for his family...2 amazing Mom's that put up with me and my crap for 22 years and counting!!! I've got the best in-laws any wife could ask for...and that includes my sisters!!!! And then there is my husband and daughter...the greatest gifts of all!!! I have a husband who works so hard to provide for our family...and to give Bailee and me all the little extra things that we love. He puts up with me and my crap too...being so emotional and forgetful all the time. He plays with me and talks to me and really trys SUPER hard to understand me. (for all that really know me...that can be difficult at times!!) He lets me be right most of the time, which is a big deal to me...thanks Dad! haha Bailee just loves me...she follows my face now...we play games all day and I'll move from side to side and she just moves her cuuuute little head back and forth!!! I can not believe she has been here for a month!!!! She's grown up so much...but she's still so little! I love my life as a daughter, wife, and mother...they are the best things anyone could ever be!

Mommy needs sleep too!

So I finally broke down and I am starting to wake up my husband in the middle of the night. I wasn't doing it at first because Cris was working and he needed his rest...well I now know that I do too! I was feeling really sick the other day and when we went to my in-laws for dinner I slept pretty much the whole time! I didn't visit at all!!! I did feel much better though, and my fever went away! I start my first shift back to work today at JetBlue. I"m not excited, not because I don't like my job...I just wish I never had to work. Everyone feels like that, right? Bailee is growing so fast! She's eating 3-4 oz every 2-3 hours!!! She still is picky about latching on...so she mostly gets the bottle, and lucky me...I still get to pump. We went and got family photos this weekend at JCPenny...we pick them up on the 31st! There are some really cute ones of Cris and Bailee! She is lifting her head more and she even scooches around...if I put her in the boppy, she eventually ends up out of it...she scooches further and further down! She's growing up!!!! 3 weeks and 2 days old today!!! :)

Lesson learned

It's not ok to try and feed your baby on the bed and you laying down on the verge of falling asleep...you would think I would have learned this when it happened to Cris and she rolled off his chest onto the bed....well she rolled off my legs last night!!! From now on I am just going to go into her room on the rocker...or just sit my fat butt on the floor! I wish I could sleep everytime she did though...maybe my nights wouldn't suck so bad...
