Whoville tree

I meant to do this sooner, but Christmas has snuck right up on me! I am not even done shopping yet, I've got to go out tonight when Kyle's at work. To get a few last minute things he shouldn't know about yet.

Here's a picture of our red & lime green Whoville tree.

I figured out how to take a picture without the flash AFTER we uploaded to a CD, take my word for it, it really sparkles!!

Puppy Love

Khaos is now three months old! We have really enjoyed having him around, and love him more and more every day! He is a very smart dog and quickly got the hang of things around our house. It only took him 5 days before he was scratching at the door when he needed to go outside. Talk about relief!! He is a very smart boy and we've been very lucky. So far.
This is Butch & Khaos meeting for the first time.

A funny story. He started to discover that he liked to dig holes in the backyard. All the experts say to sprinkle chili powder where he's been digging and he'll stop. All it took was a few seconds for him to come over and see what I was doing. He started to lick the chili powder. Sigh. So long, pretty grass.

Things we know about Khaos so far :
* He wants to eat the gloves off your hands.
* He things he is super smart because he can put a squeaky toy in his mouth and hit it on the floor and it SQUEAKS!
* He likes to watch TV.
* When we take him for car rides, he only wants to sit in the driver's lap. Which is kind of cute, until, you know, he's 75 pounds.
* He wants to do whatever Butch is doing.
* He likes to eat landscape bark. And English Ivy. Which is supposedly poisonous to dogs. The vet says he won't eat very much of it because it irritates his throat and stomach. The poor dog can't get enough of the stuff!
We started puppy preschool last week. He knows "sit", "lay down", and we're working on "shake". He really enjoys playing with the other dogs and is suprisingly not as rough with them as I thought he would be, given that he's always beating up on Butch.
What a handsome husband huh!

Yes WE can!

I absolutely loved his speech last night. I was so overcome with joy when he won the election last night. I just knew he was going to do it! I cannot wait to see what a difference he's going to make in this country.

He has a lot of challenges in front of him to face, but I would rather no other man than him to handle them.

I LOVE ME SOME OBAMA!!!

And his name is Khaos.

Let's hope he doesn't either turn into one or refuse to quit being one!!

We are bringing him home on November 2nd on his 8 week birthday. Details soon to follow on "oh how I wish he could clean up his own pee!!"

We've got an announcement to make ............... WE'RE MARRIED!

The wedding in Jackson Hole was just beautiful. The weather cooperated with us, thank goodness. A HUGE thanks to all of our great parents who helped us out so much. We couldn't have done this without them. We love you!

Here are some pictures of our event that Randy took. Thank you so much!

I think I was on the phone with Kyle, when he called to tell me he was lost. And he wasn't joking.

My handsome stud when he finally arrived.

Hiding out in the outhouse so my groom won't see me.

Team effort

I think he was saying "It's not too late to run!!"

You may now seal your vows with a KISS!
