Halloween

I think Halloween is the favorite holiday around here. They look forward to dressing up and getting candy almost as much as they look forward to Santa. They have been getting their fill of scary stories and spooky cartoons. We went to the Pumpkin Walk in Logan, and a haunted hay ride in Willard. We had a costume party at Nana's and then the bread bowl party and trick or treating and Grandma's. They each chose what they wanted to be this year. Mason was a devil, Brielle was Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas and Ava was a witch. Little Eric was a monkey, but he didn't get to choose.

Frightmares at Lagoon

Mason will happily go on any ride. Brielle is a little more nervous, but she's not about to get left behind. Ava wants to go on the rides until she is on them. Eric is cute. They all liked trick or treating through the "haunted" house the most.

Pumpkin patch preschool lunch date

Brielle is in a very cool preschool this year, and they just had their pumpkin patch field trip. I got to take her, just the two of us, to pick pumpkins and then go to lunch. She was very serious about picking the perfect pumpkin - it took her a while. We had lunch at Hug Hes Cafe in Syracuse. At lunch we got to just chat and be silly. I love spending time one on one with my little princess.
