School

So i have decided to finally go back to school! I'm really nervous though. I haven't been in school for about 4 years now and i just have this fear of failing. I know what i want to do though so i know that is a great motivator for me! Right now, i'm just trying to get all the ends tied up and it's getting a little frustrating. I don't know everything about it and so i feel like there is all this random stuff i have to get figured out and it's proven to be quite the task. I just hope everything gets worked out for me to start in January. (i kinda decided last minute so i didn't have a lot of time to prepare) We'll see how it goes! The timing just seemed perfect to go back. I feel like i have a sense of purpose now instead of just working with no end goal. So anyways...that's the plan...pray for me, i'll need it!

Thanksgiving

This year i spent Thanksgiving with the Ellingson's. How grateful i am that they let me be apart of their family for a few days! They really are such a great and fun family. After dinner on Thursday we all went back to Marci and Christian's house. We went around the room to say what we were all grateful for. I was thinking more about it later and i'd like to share what i really am grateful for!

First of all, i love my family more than anything! My parents are really the best parents i could have asked for! They really are 2 of my best friends and i'm so grateful that i am able to turn to them. I respect them and i always value their opinion when they offer it. I love how they will support me in whatever i choose to do with my life! Thank you Mom and Dad. My sisters have also become my closest friends over the years! I love each of them dearly and am so glad that we have each grown closer over the years! love ya'll!

I am also so grateful for the gospel and what it has brought in my life! I have grown so much because of it. It has taught me that i have a loving Heavenly Father who knows me and my needs and gives me the opportunity to put trust in him! I am grateful for the knowledge i have and am excited for the experiences i get to grow from!

I have also been blessed with amazing friends who teach me so much! i know that i am loved! you know who you are! :)

Thank you again Ellingson family for letting me spend this holiday with ya'll! You are all amazing!!

muddy buddies

So Stefanie called me while i was at lunch today to tell me she had a surprise for me when i got back to work. When i got back, i saw some grocery bags by her desk. she proceeded to tell me that she was going to make muddy buddies....at work...at her desk. I documented the event. They turned out really yummy! Well this weekend I got alot done AND had fun too! I FINALLY cleaned out my car and got it washed, did laundry and got my room looking great! haha I love how i am blogging about getting chores done! :) ON Saturday night i went and saw the new James bond movie with my roommate Sara and Her friend Kael (sp. ?) I really liked it. I heard that alot of people didn't like it but hey, i'm no movie critic. It was good.

Sunday was such a beautiful and i'm glad i was able to take advantage of being outside to enjoy it! A friend and i took a drive up the Canyon and ended up at Sundance. We got out and walked around for a little while. It was so refreshing to be outside!

Life is still crazy but good! Might as well enjoy each day!

So life has been a bit crazy lately! My mom came to visit for my birthday, found out that i might not have a job soon and i went to visit my sister. I've also decided to go back to school! (finally) haha I feel like life is going to be really crazy for awhile. I have a lot of big decisions to make! Hopefully i can get through it all ok!

So yesterday was my birthday and i got to spend it with my mom and a few of my close friends. I had to work a half day but the rest of the day me and my mom went out shopping. I have been wanting this photo for well over a year now but never really justified buying it. So, my mom decided to buy it for me as my gift! I absolutely love it! Last night we went to dinner at GoodWood (one of my favorite places) All in all, i had a great birthday!

First Blog

Ok, so i finally started a blog. i was very reluctant to do so because i didn't think i had much to blog about. I guess we'll see! Tomorrow is my 24th birthday and my mom has decided to fly up here from Texas to play for the rest of the week! I'm so excited to have her come and spend a few days with me in my world so to say. She gets to see my house for the first time and meet some of my friends and just do the things that i like to do. It'll be a fun weekend!
