Family Room Built Ins

This was a fun project! It was the last big building project that we needed to finish before selling the house. I think we knew it would look great but I think we were both shocked at how it transformed the great room. I love the way it turned out! We've come a long way from where we started. Andy is still awesome at building everything but in order for projects to move along quickly I've learned how to paint with his fine finish sprayer. I've found that I love painting! It has been so rewarding to see the house come together far beyond our wildest dreams but at times it seems impossible to leave it all behind and start over again. It has been more work than we ever imagined but we have  truly enjoyed the journey. 

Taylor Turns 13!!

13!! I can't believe she is a teenager! This year will be a year of changes and growth for Taylor. She has been the most emotional over the move but I know she will do great. She is a leader and has such a positive attitude. She is loyal and spunky and has confidence and perspective beyond her years. I always say Taylor is Taylor because she just does her own thing and is great at everything she does. She is sure loved by all of us. Happiest of Birthdays my sweet Taylor!  

Cousins and Emmalee's Mission Call!

We had a great week with Jen and Kim in town for their Spring Break. It worked out great because Jared and Annette were in town as well and Emmalee got her mission call while everyone was here! Unfortunately Brian and Laci were in Cancun for Spring Break but we FaceTime them in to hear the call. Emmalee is going to the Peru Trujillo North mission!! She is the sweetest thing ever so we are so excited for her to serve! She'll be an awesome missionary. And look at all those cute cousins together! Such a fun time together!
