Pictures!

These aren't pictures from the blessing day, they are some individuals we took on Sunday. Hopefully I can get the family pics from my brother this weekend...We think our little man is adorable, but we might be a little bias...

Happy March!

I can't believe that the first week of March is already over, how quickly time flies...

Elliott is THREE months old, and had his 2-m check up this week...13 lbs. 10 oz, 24"!

EVERYone in our household is sick or is getting sick or is getting over being sick :(. My pediatrician said that the symptoms are those of a MILD case of RSV...I would HATE to see what a bad case is like. Elliott and McKenzie are the worst...it breaks my heart every time they cough and there isn't anything I can do to help them...Alexis is old enough that she can cough up the junk and spit it out so it doesn't bother her as much...but then there is the lingering cough that seems to last forever...

This weekend was so wonderful. There wasn't any where we needed to be, so we STAYED HOME! Our house badly needed us to stay and get things done, and is finally looking less like we are moving.

Yesterday my dad came down from Shelley to have lunch and help us celebrate a joint birthday--Aaron and my brother Troy. Lunch was wonderful. Aaron and I decided to add a new recipe to our menu each week this month instead of having a eat out budget. So far, no regrets! This first week we actually did two new recipes because of the birthday lunch: pulled pork, and chicken cordon blue. Aaron LOVES being in the kitchen, and I LOVE letting him! He did such a great job, each meal was wonderful. Yesterday was the chicken cordon blue with chicken flavored rice, gravy, a tossed salad, grape juice, and cake...I made his cake, NO ONE should have to make their own birthday cake, even if they enjoy cooking. Aaron chose a layered 'better than anything' cake...chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and crunched skor bars layered like a truffle....mmmm all around.

Life is great, we are all doing well, and hopefully I can get some pictures posted soon from the blessing...they are on my brother's camera, so hopefully this week I can get those up so you all can see what a handsome little man we have.
