D-land 2011

A few of our friends have gone to Disneyland recently and I kept thinking how much I would love to take Peyton because last time we went she was just barely 2. I love Disneyland and we always have so much fun, so when Aaron mentioned the same thing, that was it, we had to go.
Walt Disney, what a genius!!

I think my kids love each other more at Disneyland:)

Oh, and I will try to share some of the joy and beauty of the holiday decorations. It is well worth it to go see them! The busses are wrapped in garland...

This was me trying to comfort Clara on her first ride on Space Mountain. She said she wanted to go and was so brave, and swore she liked it afterwards, but I think it was a little more than she had anticipated! When I was about her age I didn't want to go, but my dad strongly encouraged (forced) me to go, and ever since it's been my very favorite ride at Disneyland! There's something about the dark and the stars and not knowing where you're going next, it's brilliant!

Officially ready for Autopia.

I know my pictures don't do it justice, but garlands, ornaments and christmas lights everywhere add so much to Disneyland's already beautiful surroundings.

We still ride on Small World, no matter how old we get!
They go all out on the decorations for Christmas here.

We had to wait in a really long line to see this princess that my girls both adore.

Sleeping Beauty's Castle

Clara loved Tarzan's Treehouse

Maryn too, and she was a really good sport about taking Clara and

Peyton through several times!

Aaron wanted to buy these so bad!

Stickyfingers Peyton pulled a fast one and wore these out of the store without anyone noticing, we were so glad they took them back without any trouble! We take a whole honeypot on the Pooh Bear ride!Clara and Peyton were so brave to keep their arms up through the whole Pooh's Adventure ride! The Haunted Mansion is never better than during Christmas. It is the best part of their holiday display. It is Nightmare Before Chrsitmas and is so awesome, I'm not kidding.

It's snowing on Main Street, the kids loved it.

The fireworks are an exciting ending to a great day.
