It might be possible to add a captcha (although the lack of internet connectivity for the users makes it difficult to use something like reCAPTCHA from Google) but I can't think of something on top of my head to stop such behaviour, and most commercial solutions I've seen allow that too - but if you have an idea that could be implemented please let me know!</p></div>

<div class="markdown_content"><p>Actually a user can request unlimited voucher codes to unlimited telephone numbers, example I request a voucher and insert telephone number 300-1234567 ... then I insert 311-1234567 ... does not matter if these numbers really exist. Bad users could request endless vouchers though they really do not need them. Because sms sent aren't free there is a way to avoid this bad behavior? Thanks in advance.</p></div>
