To document CBPARAMETERS values which should be setup upon installation.

Also add section which describes the following (with placeholders where necessary instead of real directory names):

To install CB you need to do:

- place c_builder.ear to JBoss deploy directory
- make sure that cbuilder-mysql-ds.xml points to database StarPound instance use

Create recordings directory in your main directory (/starpound/): /starpound/recordings/callcenter

Make sure that this directory mounted at Asterisk box at /var/lib/asterisks/sounds that way:

callcenter -> /starpound/recordings/callcenter

5. Make sure that httpd has the following lines:

ProxyPass /c_builder http://localhost:8080/c_builder
ProxyPassReverse /c_builder http://localhost:8080/c_builder

Alias /callcenter/ /usr/<campany name>/recordings/callcenter/

<Directory /usr/<campany name>/recordings/callcenter/>
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

When new color is saved op-up is still open (that is right implementation), but there is no indication that chnages have been accepted and saved. We should add similar to PBX Admin feature for saving indication.

Aquileo | Voice mails can't be saved when you hang up phone

when you configure "Incoming Calls Handling" in PBX like:
Find me/Follow me
24*7
Ring my phone first
In the follow me section you make forward to voice mail after 10 sec (or any other time) of ringing to your extension
So when the person сalls you and after 10 sec tries to record voice mail this voice mail can't be saved when you hang up the call.
To save voice mail you need to press "*" and then "4"

Aquileo | Agent Statistics not being populated on Dashboard

I still don’t have statistics on agent views after current ANI. Custom and System default views.

Aquileo | Can't add color for agent status

I can’t add color for Agent Status I get a warning message that I should select status field name and status. Also, only user selectable statuses should be in the drop down when Agent Status is selected but all system and user selectable statuses are present.

Color coding System Status, if I color code one status such as Unavailable, if I click on any status that has not had a color selected (should have NONE) the color of the last status looked at that had a defined color shows up. Notice the follow sequence, first panel entered the page and selected Available, second panel clicked on Unavailable which had been previously saved with color marron, third panel clicked on Available again.

Aquileo | Bean class absents error

If bean class definition is absent, NPE appears during the tree initializing.

To recreate:

1)Create a bean class defined in library or local class.
2)Create a Bean Documentin the project
3)Delete the library or localclass
4)Refresh the project

Aquileo | Show dial *98 popup on agent login to WIC

If agent hasn't dialed *98 yet upon login to WIC system should show popup window which
will say: To continue dial on your phone *98<agent ext> with button OK
under the text. <agent ext> should be replaced with actual agent extension
which system knows.
