In most of insert statements there is no section that
evaluates insert statements - eval {$dbh->do("INSERT
... Some insert statements failed because the input
data was incorrect and it should have rolled back but
it continued and committed the changes.

In one dataset a compound-id had '/' in its name and
that is fine unless there are problems during the
registration. During the registration (execution of
mystructure_set_smiles) the file with name
error_<compound-id>.txt is created with error statement
from CDL. Now if compound-id has '/' the system then
treats it in the error file as folder/filename separator.
