<p>the labels disappear if there is more than one possible label.</p>
<p>So on the y-axis the label disappears in overlays that are scaled to maximum (like in your example) because the different graphs that are overlaid have different event counts to reach this maximum. Take a look at the single plots - which event counts are shown? If one plot has 10 000 events on the y-axos, the second has 8 000 and the third has 9 000, then there is no "correct" event count to use, so it disappears. If the histograms are scaled to the same fixed number, then the y-axis will show the event count.</p>
<p>the same is true for the x-axis. In your example, the bottom plot shows "APC", which will happen when all three overlays show APC. In the top plot, the x-axis is unlabeled, so the three histograms show not the same parameter (for example FITC, APC, APC), so there is no "correct" x-label and it disappears. This could also happen (to be honest I am not sure right now) if it is the same parameter, but with different descriptions (like "CD4 APC", "CD4 APC", "CD8 APC").</p>
<p>I hope that clarifies the situation. Take a look at your plots please to see if my explanation fits your situation. If not, then there might be a bug. let me know!</p>

I just tried it on my computer with the latest version 0.9.22 and it works for me.<br/>
Please see the attached image, which shows the dialog as it looks for me.<br/>
So right now I can't say what the problem might be. Can you please describe it in more detail, and possible add a screenshot and example data?<br/>
