I need to convert m4a to wave, the -i reports it as RAW and runs about half way 56% and the reports:
Error: Invalid number of channels and stops.
How can I set number of channels ?
or What is the error?

when playing in vlc, the sound goes jerky and very poor quality in audio. however when playing a stream in chrome everything is perfect

The decoding of all open.fm streams result in lower volume for frequencies below ~8500Hz. Following is one of these streams:
