It works as far as I can tell, but it could be a lot more clear and efficient. This includes just the three features: transpose, histogram, and summary stats. I’ll try to post on each of those someday.</p> <p>In case you don’t know how to make this place work with Windows Visual Studio, it’s actually really easy. It only took me about 15 minutes &amp; I’ve only used SVN once (in Eclipse). Use these links to get started:</p> <p>TortoiseSVN: Windows shell extension to connect to SVN. Use this first to down/upload SVN files to your computer<br /> AnkhSVN: Use this to make VisualStudio know that you are using SVN instead of Foundation Team Server or whatever they want you to buy.<br /> I’ll try to get the setup files up soon.</p></div>

<div class="markdown_content"><p>Getting Started<br /> October 30th, 2010<br /> Here’s the project: I want to create a free, excel plug in that will help with basic statistical analysis. I want something a little better than the analysis tool pack, but not as difficult as R, JMP, or Minitab.</p> <p>I’ve done some work already, in visual studio, vb.net. It’s been really useful to me, so I thought I’d release it under GPL and let everybody have it. Hopefully folks will pitch in or at least let me know what you think.</p> <p>I’ve got basic functionality in place for 3 features: transpose, histogram, and summary stats. I’m currently working on box plots to be similar to this tutorial. We’ll see how it works out.</p> <p>I hope you find it useful. I also hope I can figure out how to make it available to you.</p></div>
