If set to &quot;no&quot;, only authentified users can log-in.<br /> - RestrictCommand : arbitrary command restrictions.<br /> - AllowNickChar and DenyNickChar to change the list of allowed characters in a nick without compiling the code :-)<br /> - configuration file simplifications and code clean-up.<br /> - updated translation files<br /> - some more bug fixes</p></div>
