I am using briss to crop PDF musical scores for my Ipad. It works great! However, the file size does not change, i.e. even cropping half the page away does not change the file size. Is the cropped content actually discarded or does it stay hidden in the file? I am asking because of privacy issues - imagine if you have a scanned pdf with some remarks written on the margin that you want to cut away before publishing - in this case I want to make sure the cropped part can not be recovered ....
Thanks for making briss available - it is a really helpful app!

Aquileo | how to compile?2011-07-20T13:29:04Z2011-07-20T13:29:04ZAnonymoushttps://sourceforge.net/u/userid-None/https://sourceforge.net5a4d756685079e26bb63be572cd38d6a974b5afd

Hi,

I checked out the code from the repo, but it seems that I am unable to compile it. Could someone please explain the standard procedure? I'm using Ubuntu 10.04, I installed maven (sudo apt-get install maven2) and ran 'mvn clean install' in the briss directory. Have I missed something?

I never used maven before, but it seems like it's not able to find some dependencies.

Thanks in advance!
