I have produced an updated Editors Draft.  It is available at 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2010/ED-xhtml-m12n-relaxng-20101126/

This draft includes implementations of all the W3C XHTML Family 
languages and the basic modules.  There are also detailed examples of 
the M12N technique.
