Hi All,

TPAC success is starting to cause a bit of a problem: we have too many groups wishing to meeting and too few rooms/meeting slots for them to meet in.

Could anyone that has requested a meeting consider whether there is any opportunity to either merge that meeting with another or request fewer slots for the meeting?

I would really appreciate hearing back from you before Wednesday, even if it is to say that there is no opportunity to reduce things.

I have put in requests for TPAC meeting slots:

* AGWG <https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-meetings/issues/25>
* AGWG and APAWG <https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-meetings/issues/26>
* AGWG and ARIAWG <https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-meetings/issues/27>
* APAWG and ARIAWG <https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-meetings/issues/28>
* ACTTF and WCAG3 subgroups <https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-meetings/issues/29> - I have requested three sessions for these. As I understand it these are intended to be more working sessions

I haven’t put in sessions for ARIA and APA specifically as I don’t know what you are up to and need. Will leave that in your capable hands. Also, there are likely to be meetings between I18N and AG, and Sustainability and Accessibility (I don’t think this one is WG specific). I will catch up on me emails for these ones.

Next steps is to think about agendas!
