Attendance is optional. Feel free to only join for part of the meeting, or skip all together if not convenient. The "office hours" meeting is a time we'll block off for whoever's available to collaborate on ACT Rules. We'll spend the time working together on issues, reviews, new rules, etc. This is also a perfect opportunity for people to get help with GitHub, if that's not your thing. During office hours, at least one chair or facilitator will be available to help out with any issues your working, review you need, or anything else. Hope you'll all be able to attend a part of it. If this goes well, we intend to run an office hours meeting once every 4 weeks. Agenda ------ There are various topics we can be working on this meeting, including: - Complete annual rule review - Updating ACT rules to follow the ACT Rules Format 1.1 - Continue work on target size rules - Things on your own todo list - etc. Joining Instructions -------------------- Instructions are restricted to meeting participants. Hi Patrick, We added the catch up in our schedule, so Friday is possible. And I am adding ACT-CG and TF in the thread too. Should we say 9am on Friday the 30th of October? Anyone who is attending TPAC and would like this changed, please respond in this thread (even if you want a 10am start instead). Regards, Helen On Tue, 14 Jul 2026 at 18:19, Patrick H.
