This portion of the WINGA website will be dedicated to provide information to all Company Grade Officers – 01-03 and WO1-CW2. Updates will be posted both on the WINGA website and will be published in the CGO Corner of the WINGA newsletter. CGO NGAUS Capitol Summit. NGAUS hosts a NGAUS Capitol Summit (typically in March and July) for Company Grade Officers. Each state is allocated 1 slot per session; Wisconsin typically sends 1 ARNG CGO to one timeframe and 1 ANG CGO to the other timeframe. CGOs who are interested would submit the CGO Scholarship Form to WINGA (michael.j.williams@winga.org).
The NGAUS Capitol Summits will be held on 12-14 April 2026 and 18-20 October 2026. The suspense date for submission of the CGO Scholarship Form for the 12-14 April summit is 26 February. 2026 Membership Campaign
NGAUS and WINGA are your professional associations who work hard in Madison and Washington DC to get legislation passed to improve benefits, military construction and keep our equipment in pace with the active services. Membership in NGAUS and WINGA demonstrates your professional commitment and provides many leadership development opportunities at our state and national conferences. NGAUS and WINGA fight for you and, as a professional officer, you should support those who support you. The Digital Active Life Membership (DALM) option is half the cost of a traditional life membership. DALM offers all of the regular benefits of life membership except the National Guard magazine and Communicator newsletter are sent to you digitally rather than a paper copy. Company Grade offers can become Digital Life members for $330 and Field Grade Officers for $455. Click on the “JOIN/RENEW” link below to make your payment using Venmo, PayPal or a credit/debit card. WINGA’s goal is to achieve 100% membership in NGAUS for the 46th consecutive year, an accomplishment not matched by any other state or territory. Membership in NGAUS and WINGA is not mandatory.

Sponsor a Life Membership
Senior Officers are encouraged to sponsor a newly commissioned junior Officer or Warrant Officer. For an affordable fee of $330, you can provide a Digital Active Life Membership to a newly commissioned officer. What a great way to be a role model and encourage young officers to get involved in NGAUS and WINGA.
