Inspiring Women in Science

Are you committed to advancing gender equality in STEM? Are you dedicated to encouraging girls and young women to engage with STEM subjects and pursue careers in science?

We are looking to celebrate and support the achievements of women in science and those who inspire the next generation of women scientists around the world.

Two winners will be awarded US$50,000, and two runners-up will receive US$5,000. They will also receive an invitation to an award ceremony in London or New York, with accommodation and travel expenses covered. The award also includes coverage on nature.com, and mentoring opportunities through The Estée Lauder Companies.

Shortlisted applicants will be featured on the Nature Awards website and gain access to an exclusive coaching and networking community.
