For years people told me to move my company off Microsoft. Every team I built pushed me toward Google, and my COO Meghan and I held the line every time. I took the heat for it. So when I sat down with Ryan Braastad 📈 from Microsoft on the podcast, I went in with a bias I'll own up front. I wanted them to be right. Here's what actually got my attention, and it wasn't the marketing. Half the software world is slapping an AI label on the same product they had last year. I called it putting lipstick on a pig, and Ryan didn't flinch. The difference between AI bolted onto a CRM and AI truly embedded in the platform is the whole ballgame right now, and most CROs can't tell which one they're buying. CRM has been a farce for sellers for as long as I've been in this. Almost all stick, no carrot. Update your forecast so you don't get yelled at. The thing Ryan said in this clip is the first version of the future that would actually change that - "you don't have to ever go into the CRM if you don't want to." That line matters because Microsoft is the one player trying to bring the whole stack together instead of selling you another silo. Whether they pull it off is the thing I'm watching. Watch the clip and tell me where you land. Is agentic CRM real, or is it this cycle's Einstein?

Contact center vendors have promised a single platform for service, workforce planning and coaching for years. With Dynamics 365 Contact Center, easyJet is one of the few actually running it - as Jon Leighton shared. Darya Mazandarany says the shift starts with the business outcome, then works backwards to build the platform around it, rather than the other way round. That approach has pushed automated containment from 40 percent toward 60, on a single data model spanning the operation. Aggie Pulawski, Concentrix points to the operational discipline needed to make agents genuinely ready to use it. For contact centre leaders evaluating Microsoft's stack against the promise of unification, that outcomes-first sequencing is the detail worth studying. • CRM is evolving fast and the winners will turn it into a system of action. Martin Schneider, VP and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research, Inc. lays out what that looks like and why he thinks Dynamics 365 Sales is well positioned to lead: - Bringing AI agents + humans together to get work done, not just log data - Embedding insights and actions directly into Outlook, Teams, and the flow of work - Using data enrichment + recommended actions to keep pipelines fresh and execution tight - Building on a proven platform instead of “starting from scratch” with risky, vibe-coded stacks And the platforms that already combine data, workflow, and AI at scale will define what comes next. • "If CRM is Dead, How is the Relationship Still Breathing?" That's the question Liz Miller, VP and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research, Inc. sets out to answer in her latest research, and it's more nuanced than the headline suggests. CRM isn't dying. It's being redefined by AI, and the organizations that get it right will be the ones that show up where work actually happens, not just where data is stored. What an incredible week at CCW 2026! From the moment the doors opened last week, one thing was clear: contact centers are moving beyond talking about #AI, and are focused on putting it to work.   This week, we had the opportunity to: + Show how AI agents transform #Customer service through live demos and hands-on workshops. + Showcase customer stories from easyJet, Wynn Resorts, Sirva, and SEST SENAT highlighting their modernization journeys and what’s driving real business value. + Meet with customers and partners to discuss the future of #AIpowered service, workforce engagement, and the modern contact center. + Capture conversations with analysts, media and thought leaders about where customer experience is headed next. And of course... our Puppy Love Park. What started as a fun activation quickly became one of the most talked-about experiences at the event. It reminded us that while AI is transforming customer experiences, human connection will always be at the heart of great service.   A huge #thankyou to everyone who stopped by our booth, attended a session, built an AI voice agent, shared your stories, or simply came by to say hello. And of course, thank you to our amazing team who worked behind the scenes and onsite to make it all happen.   We left Las Vegas energized by the conversations, inspired by our customers, and excited for what’s next as we continue helping organizations build AI-forward service experiences that empower both employees and customers. #CCW2026 #Dynamics365 #Dynamics365Community
