JusPay Interview Experience For SDE

Last Updated : 21 May, 2024

Last January, I embarked on an exhilarating journey—a chance to join JUSPAY as a Software Development Engineer (SDE). The moment HR confirmed my shortlisting, a surge of excitement washed over me.

Round 1: Online Assessment

  • DSA Challenges: The online assessment was a formidable trial, presenting three intricate Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problems centred around trees and graphs. Despite the complexity, I submitted my solutions within the allotted 90 minutes, though not all test cases were successful. A wave of doubt threatened my confidence, but HR’s encouraging words rekindled my resolve.

Round 2: Hackathon

  • Unyielding Effort: Faced with yet another demanding DSA question during Hackathon Part A, I poured hours into the task. Alas, some test cases remained unsolved. Disappointment loomed large, but it also sparked a fire of determination within me.

Embracing Rejection as a Catalyst

  • Lessons in Resilience: The aftermath of rejection was a crucible of growth. Each setback morphed into a valuable lesson, propelling me forward. The rejection email, initially a bitter pill, transformed into a motivator for personal development. I gleaned insights into the essence of focus, time management, and adept problem-solving.
  • Stepping Stones to Success: With time, my resolve only strengthened. Rejection shed its daunting guise, becoming a motivator instead. Each refusal was a chance to persist and emerge stronger. Unfazed by the spectre of rejection, I pressed on, grateful to JUSPAY for imparting the true essence of resilience.
  • Adversity as Strength: Now, each rejection nudges me closer to my aspirations, reinforcing the belief that adversity fortifies my spirit.

This narrative is a testament to the transformative power of resilience in the face of challenges. It’s a reminder that every rejection is but a prelude to eventual triumph.
