Stage 4: ION Day
- On-site or Online: Depending on budget, it could be conducted at the Noida Office with provided flight tickets and accommodation or online.
- Stakeholder Evaluation: Assessment by various stakeholders.
- Cultural Fit Evaluations: Determining if you fit well with the company culture.
- Future Fit Evaluation: Assessing your potential and fit for future roles within the company.
