The stages of the recruitment process include:

Stage 1: Online Assessment

- Quantitative Aptitude: Topics include profit and loss, work done, simple and compound interest, ratios and proportions, etc.

- English: Includes comprehension, synonyms, antonyms, and determining if the underlined part of a sentence is correct.

- SQL Theoretical Questions: Assessing knowledge of SQL concepts.

- Coding Questions:

  • One question based on Dynamic Programming.
  • Another question based on Strings.

Stage 2: Technical Interview

- Puzzles: Examples include the Water Jug Problem and finding the fastest 3 horses, which can be found on GeeksforGeeks (GFG).

- OOPs and DSA: Questions on Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Coding: Writing code to solve a given problem in a code editor.

- Basic Data Structures: Scratch implementation and applications.

- Resume Discussion: Questions about internships and projects listed on your resume.

Stage 3: Case Study Round

- Internship Experiences: Discussion about your previous internships.

- Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation: Analyzing a paragraph and answering sub-questions based on it.

Stage 4: ION Day

- On-site or Online: Depending on budget, it could be conducted at the Noida Office with provided flight tickets and accommodation or online.

- Stakeholder Evaluation: Assessment by various stakeholders.

- Cultural Fit Evaluations: Determining if you fit well with the company culture.

- Future Fit Evaluation: Assessing your potential and fit for future roles within the company.
