Capgemini Interview Experience On-Campus 24-25

Last Updated : 11 Oct, 2024

I recently had my on-campus interview at Capgemini, which consisted of multiple rounds. The first round had three sections. The first section was an aptitude test, which included 45 questions—30 were based on pseudo codes, and 15 covered topics from my core branch and cloud computing. The second section was an essay writing task where I had to write 180-220 words on the topic "Why should the government invest more in solar energy?"

After clearing these two sections, we moved to the game-based round, similar to what you can find on platforms like PrepInsta. Following this, some students were selected for a coding round, and others, including myself, were sent directly to the communication round for the base package. The coding round had two questions for those vying for higher packages.

In the communication round, the tasks included "listen and repeat," "listen and answer," "listen and fill in the blanks," and delivering a 45-second paragraph. Out of all participants, around 40 students were selected for the final interview round.

My interview lasted about 15 minutes, though for some students, it extended to around 30 minutes, depending on the interviewer. The interview started with a request for an introduction, where I highlighted my strong skills and my most recent project. Most of the interview questions were based on my project. I was asked one SQL question about joins, 2-3 basic DSA questions, and two HR questions: "Why Capgemini?" and "Why should we hire you?"

I am currently waiting for the results of the interview.
