Online Assessment
The online assessment was conducted on the eLitmus platform and consisted of three sections:
- Aptitude

- Time Limit: 20 minutes
- SQL Programming
- Number of Questions: 20
- Time Limit: 20 minutes
The difficulty level of the questions ranged from easy to medium.

Round 2: Managerial Interview
Focus: Projects and Personal Contributions
- The interview began with a brief introduction and a deep dive into my project experiences.
- Discussed my roles in the PCON and WebTeam, which constituted about 70% of the conversation.
- Unlike typical interviews, I was not asked, "Why should we hire you?"
Outcome
Both interviews were held on the same day, and I received my selection result by the evening.
