Accolite Recruitment Process: Selection Rounds

Online Assessment Round (MCQs):

An initial screening on platforms like Eduthrill, lasting 30-60 minutes. It includes 30 MCQs on aptitude, DSA, OS, DBMS, Computer Networks, and C/C++/Java outputs. This is often a separate qualifier before coding.

Online Coding Round:

Conducted on HackerRank, DoSelect, or Codelyzer, lasting 60-90 minutes. It features 1-3 coding problems (e.g., N-Queen Problem, Job Sequencing) emphasizing algorithms and data structures, sometimes with additional MCQs.

Technical Round-1:

A virtual or in-person interview focusing on problem-solving. Candidates solve 1-2 coding problems (e.g., Longest Zig-Zag Subsequence, Tic-Tac-Toe optimal move) on a shared screen. Questions cover DSA (arrays, trees, graphs), OOP concepts, and resume-based project discussions.

Questions Asked in Accolite:

  1. N-Queen Problem
  2. Longest Zig-Zag Subsequence
  3. Find optimal move in Tic-Tac-Toe
  4. Job Sequencing Problem
  5. Rotate array

Technical Round-2:

A deeper technical interview with a senior engineer, emphasizing advanced DSA (e.g., dynamic programming, greedy algorithms) and role-specific skills like system design basics or cloud concepts. Candidates may optimize code or explain past projects.

HR Round:

A behavioral interview assessing cultural fit and motivation. In some drives, this includes a managerial discussion on leadership or fit.
