Hello everyone,
I had the opportunity to interview for the ASE (Associate Software Engineer) role at Accenture. It was an on-campus opportunity. We had done our registration in July, 2023 and exams were scheduled in Aug - Sept, 2023. There were total 4 rounds:
Round 1 (Cognitive and Technical Assessment) & Round 2 (Coding Assessment):
This is an elimination round. Exam venue was our college lab and platform was SEB (Safe Exam Browser) - HirePro. Both rounds were on same day, only after qualifying in 1st round you will receive mail and link for 2nd round . The 1st round consisted of 90 ques, topics - Quantitative, English Ability, Reasoning, Pseudocode, Networking, Cloud, MS Office, and time allotted - 90 minutes. After completion, within 5-7 minutes results are on screen whether you are qualified or not, if qualified coding round will be activated.
Coding round consist of 2 ques, basically easy to medium. In my case 1st ques was from Dynamic programming, and 2nd was to find whether a number is lucky or not (if number contains 7 or 1 it is unlucky, if not, lucky). After clearing this round, I received an email for the Communication Assessment round.
Round 3 (Communication Assessment):
This is not an elimination round. Every section has multiple questions, and each question are recorded means you will hear a voice and have to give answers orally. Contains 6 sections - Reading, Listening, Jumbled Sentences, Questions and Answers, Listening and retelling same sentence /paragraph, Speaking on given topic (4-5 sentences), time allotted 30 minutes (approx). After, 2-3 days of completion of this round I received interview slot details.
Round 4(Interview):
(TR+HR) Questions were from resume and some situation based questions.

- Any difficulties faced in project
- Future scope of project
- Apart from technical skills what did you learn from your internship
- Your strength, weakness
- Had any failure in life, how did you tackle that
- Conflict based situational question
- 3 emerging technologies
- Any ques for me (interviewer)
The interview was on 5th sept, 2023 and lasted for around 15-20 minutes. On 22-23rd sept, I received list of selected students from our college, and next day I also received LOI mail from Accenture, offer letter came in March and joining in June, 2024
