Because of its speed, dependability, and ease of use, it is widely utilised for corporate, professional, and personal communication. Its attributes are:

History

Email (Electronic Mail) was first introduced in the early 1970s as a way to send messages between users on the same computer system. Ray Tomlinson is credited with sending the first networked email and introducing the “@” symbol to separate the user name and domain. Over time, email evolved with the growth of the internet and became a standard communication tool worldwide.

Working

Working of email involves a system of servers and communication protocols that handle sending and receiving messages. When a user sends an email, it is first delivered to a mail server, which then forwards it to the recipient’s mail server. The receiver can access the message using a mail client or a web-based service.
