What is SSC GD exam?
SSC GD constable is matriculate level exam which is conducted by Staff Selection Commission(SSC) every year for the recruitment to the posts of Border Security Force(BSF), Central Industrial Secrity Force(CISF), Central Reserve Police Force(CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police(ITBP), Sahastra Seema Bal(SSB), National Investigation Agency(NIA) and other posts as per the recruitment scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs(MHA). Students who have passed their matriculation exam and arte between 18 to 23 yars are able to apply for this exam. The selection process consist of Computer Based Exam(CBE), Physical Efficiency Test(PET), Physical Standard Test(PST) and Detailed Medical Exam(DME).

SSC GD eligibility criteria:-
Education qualifiying:-
To apply for GD constable you must have a graduation degree or matriculation or HS pass degee from a recognized board.
Age eligibility:-
The minimum age to apply for GD constable should be between 18 to23 years, when candidates will be fulfilling this criteria then they will be eligible for the exam.

SSC GD exam patern:-
SSC GD exam will be held in three stages
- Written examination(CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test(PET)
- Physical Standard Test(PST)
The test will be having MCQ with 4 sections with 25 questions in each section. Each question will carry one mark and wrong answers will be given negative marking with 0.25 marks for every error commited.

SSC GD application fees and process:-
The application feesfor SSC GD examination is RS 100 for General category candidates and those who belong to SC/ST/PWD category are not required to pay any application fees.
Application must be submitted through online mode, there are to step those are one time registration and filling of online appliocation form.

I sat on this exam in 2022 and I shared all the details about this exam and I passed only CBT exam, all experiences are very good.
