I am good in problem solving, active listening, being empathetic and meeting the service level agreement ( SLA ) as per the requirement. My core skills are in solving issues with Backup Exec where I have 8 years of experience in dealing with customers to resolve issues with installation, configuration, backup, restore and dealing with disaster recovery situations. Also, my other skills involve configuring routers, range extenders, checking network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Furthermore, I am working on moving towards project management where I am learning about opening, planning, execution and closing of a project and the tools involved in it like RACI, Gantt, Kanban, etc. and other requirements like risk management and new approaches like Agile, which involves the usage of Scrum.
