Catherine Paganini aims to drive diversity and inclusion across the cloud native landscape. As CNCF TAG Contributor Strategy Co-chair and Deaf & Hard of Hearing WG facilitator, she founded and/or facilitates multiple inclusion initiatives (BIPOC, blind/visually impaired, LGBTQ+, stuttering/speech). Her non-code contributor journey began with essential resources for newcomers, such as launching the CNCF Glossary and Landscape Guide. As Director of Marketing and Community at Buoyant, creator of Linkerd, Catherine champions Linkerd's focus on operational simplicity.
