Why this issue is happening
For one or more products, the returns [returns] attribute has been disapproved because it contains conflicting information. This happens when contradictory sub-attributes are submitted together.
For example, a conflict arises if a "no returns" or "lifetime returns" policy specifies a return window (such as submitting window_type = LIFETIME alongside window_days = 30). Similarly, this issue will trigger if a "no returns" policy includes restocking or shipping fees.
How to fix your issue
Review your returns [returns] attribute to ensure that you are submitting the correct, non-conflicting values for each sub-attribute you include.
- Make sure "no returns" or "lifetime returns" policies do not have a specified return window.
- Make sure "no returns" policies do not include restocking or shipping fees.
- If you don’t need to provide optional sub-attributes for some products, you can simply leave the corresponding sub-attribute value blank.
