Overview of Interactive reports

Welcome to Interactive reports in Google Ad Manager—a streamlined way to build, view, and refine your data insights all on a single page.

Interactive reports update automatically as you make selections, such as adding dimensions and metrics. You can customize your layout by reordering columns, and switch between a traditional flat spreadsheet view and a hierarchical tree format to better visualize trends.

You can build a custom report from scratch, use built-in report types such as Ad Speed, or let AI generate a report for you based on a simple prompt.

Good to know

With Interactive reports, you can:

  • View performance by week, quarter, month, or a date range you specify
  • Export reports in a variety of formats, including Excel and CSV
  • Filter delivery data with dimensions and metrics
  • Schedule and share report results
  • Use AI-generated reports, and more.
Did you know...
  • All report types are in the publisher's time zone.
  • When U.S. daylight saving time (DST) begins in March, one hour in reporting doesn't display data. When U.S. daylight saving time ends in November, there is one hour in reporting that contains two hours of data.
  • Ad Manager and Ad Exchange both aggregate statistics continuously. Most data is available in reports within four hours but it might take longer. For Ad Manager and Ad Exchange, statistics for the previous month are frozen after 3 AM Pacific Time on the first day of every month. Learn more about IAB compliance.
