15·17 days agoi have diagnosed long covid for three fucking years now & this all aligns with how i feel. diagnosed with bloodwork (unexplained inflammation leading to chronic fatigue, soreness & brain fog) & other diseases (rheumatoid, lyme) ruled out.

i just don’t feed my cats when they’re begging. they’ve taken to just quietly being near me when food time is coming. which isn’t that different from how they usually act. just slightly more tension.
yes, i have a stick on the counter in a butter dish. if it sits out too long i use it to cook.
