if i (16) join the jam in with my over 18 brother, do i still need a guardian to sign off on the things? or does having an over 18 person on the team negate that. (i would be doing art and code and he would be doing music)
You don't have to sign off on anything to participate in a Game Jam.

Everyone in the team needs parental permission to be a part of the game jam collection.
