Be patient. They are working on it and even had an update last month on Steam saying it will be coming soon. If anything you can just google translate the entire game if you're that impatient or just learn Japanese.
I bought it on steam few month ago and only now realised it doesn;t have even an english translation, it's so frustraiting..... (the main game is beautiful btw, i LOVED IT a lot!!) can we at least get to now if you plan to add eng or not? I really don't want to use a translator for every sentence in the game...
