nice game

Cool concept! I like the reversing. It did end up feeling like a lot of trial and error and I was missing some feedback on all the interactive elements.

totally missed the looping thing at the start but once i got started playing it right it was a very fun game and the music suited the vibes so well!!!

Does this count as winning? XD Hey the game ran smooth, it needed a bit more direction and maybe dont let u proceed till you grab the rewind device, but it went well!

Developer(+1)

We can count that as winning good job :)

Interesting concept, and pretty fluid movement in both moving and rewinding.. I couldn't figure out the Press E panels as they don't seem to provide any feedback as to what happened, and also managed to clip out of bounds. Other that that, great effort on the game jam!

Cool concept, I thought I could speed run by going out of bounds but I fell into hell and crashed the game ^^'

This is a really solid concept!
And love the speed boosts

I fell from the map lol But it's an interesting concept, nice job.

Thanks!, and haha yeah we found out that the holes dont have collisions :/

Nice Game with Nice Concept, Keep going 😄

Loved the idea and how straightforward it is. Actual movement and the rewinding mechanic works so well that it isn't jarring at all.

Movement is good and rewinding works well. Lacks sfx and vfx but the level itself looks good.
I understand that you didn't had enough time for everything else, but that's okay.

LOVE the movement, its feels so responsive

This game is really cool! The rewind mechanic really encourages optimizing movement. It was smart to put those rewind banks in "dead end" section. However some more instructions before the game boots would be helpful, it took a bit of experimentation for me to work out what my goal was.

Developer

Thanks for feedback, ye we didnt have time to put any instructions in..

Yea sometimes that's just how it goes :<

The rewind mechanic is really cool, on the first try I didn't see the rewind devide so I got stuck, also I think some UI for the controls could really help. But it's really fun and the rewind ability works great

I really like the time rewind mechanic; and it is implemented well.

One thing to note is that it is possible to get stuck without finding the time rewinding device at all.
I think it would be better if the player was "forced" to pick it up (e.g. in a locked room or something) before being allowed to move on.

fun

I like the vibes of this game a lot!  Being able to open the door to the outside immediately is a really great choice to set the tone.  The tower felt like a maze and you had more music than I expected, the changed effects on the rewind is great too.

One thing I would suggest is to have some type of feedback for interactable objects, even when you're not able to use them.  Something like a failure sound effect would go a long way for the feedback.  I hung around this object for quite a bit not understanding what I was doing wrong.

Awesome job!

Developer

Thanks for nice feedback, yeah we didnt have time to implement rest of the sounds and interactions
but we tried our best
