[Bug] Login page issue

I find it unusual that a user can click local and click it again and nothing is selected then authentication fails. I see the same issue/result with Active Directory login also. I imagine the issue will happen to any of the authentication methods and is probably just a simple fix on the login page.

This has tripped up a couple of my new user.
