Discussions now open and the only way I will be making changes to themes that already work - decided by vote

Dear everyone,

Seeing as I started getting several people on lemmy threads who mentioned they would prefer tiny things to be one way or a different way, I decided to open the discussions feature on here, where I will be directing people to vote on changes they wish to be made. If its not here I will not work on it, as I doubt I will be able to keep up with many tiny adjustments scattered over countless threads and comments on lemmy.

• Please do not suggest a change if it has an already open suggestion by someone else.
• Please do not suggest a change if it has been suggested and voted on in the past.
• Please keep suggestions to minor things in already existing themes. A minor thing could be for example, "could you please change the color of X from Y to Z"
