Cant diable win11 snapshots with bloatynosy ?

I go into the 'Experience' section and can disable most things but when I try to disable the snapshots or any data collection items I get a pop up screen saying 'Failed to update feature status due to insufficient permissions'
I have administrator permissions on the folder
any help greatly appreciated

Theres no right click option to run as administrator

I worked it out ...the downloaded file is a zip file and you can run the program without un zipping it but it doesnt give you admin privilages...so i unzipped and right clicked to run a s admin...
