  1. feat(self-hosting): overhaul installer, onboarding, and operations 

      Adds preflight checks, printed DNS records, an in-app /setup wizard
  with live DNS verification, automated certificate renewal, release-
  pinned images with health-checked auto-update and rollback, sqlite
  mailbox backups, arm64 images, and a forwarding-only compose profile.
  Fixes broken restore (internal production bucket reference), sqlite
  storage split across two host directories, silent installer failures,
  hardcoded/missing secrets, exposed internal ports, and documentation
  that produced broken installs. Setup is now safe to re-run and fully
  scriptable for unattended installs; UPGRADING.md covers migration of
  existing servers.
