Customizable properties: update for WordPressCS 3.0.0 * Verified all intentionally `public` properties are listed and added those which were missing/have been added in WPCS 3.0.0. Note: there are a couple of sniffs which do have inherited `public` properties, but those are not intended to be changed by end-users. In that case, the sniff is not listed on this page. * Verified the list of sniffs allowing for the `exclude` property.
