docs(i18n): add English translations for docs

• Translate each Markdown document from Chinese to English one by one.
• Modify the Vitepress configuration to support multilingual switching.
• Move the Chinese content to the zh subdirectory, and create an en directory for English documentation.
• Update the content generation tools, including support for multilingual generation of Features and Environment Variables Table.
• Fix some links, adjusting broken absolute paths to relative ones in the documentation.
• Update the Prettier configuration to include formatting for code files within the docs directory.
• Optimize and adjust the meta tags for pages, adding fields for the Open Graph Protocol.
